We didn't enjoy this property. The toilet was organised in a very strange way with the shower in the middle with 2 glass doors going across the full length wall to wall. On the far side of the shower was the toilet and on the nearside the sink. Secondly, the toilet smelt with poor sewage drainage. The mosquito net was broken with the window open letting in midgies. With the staff, a gentleman called John checked us in and to be fair I couldn't complain about him and he went above the call of duty, but unfortunately he went off an hour after we checked in and the same could not be said of his colleagues. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again!!

Do not recommend this hotel. We booked in for four days. Day one - room allotted not what we were signed up for. Toilet seat broken. Reported this no action taken. Staff not helpful. day two - requested clean up of room no replenishment of stock of coffee powder, no water, no toilet rolls provided. Had to ask for this. Reception staff unfriendly and not helpful. Day three same result, no replenishment of coffee or water, had to ask for this multiple times before it was sent to our room. Day four same poor service and not a moment we felt that we were welcome at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was quite standard, four days of very similar type meals. We did have their a la carte menu food which was okay. All vegetarian food only. Would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning here again.

This was a repeat visit to this hotel. However this time around, i was rather unhappy with the handling of my request to cancel one nights stay. I had initially booked for 3nights stay and upon arrival i had immediately informed the hotel that i would like to change the length to 2nights. hotel asked to contact expedia where they will approve the change. However, when this was initiated, the hotel rejected this while i was still there. this prolonged till checkout where the answer was "i have asked management. still no answer". I was not compensated for the extra night i gave back to the hotel.
