Rude staff pounding on door to be out when called main company phone number and they allowed later checkout. Even before that the cleaning staff RUDE knocking/pounding on door. Even went to the extent of bringing management to enter room w two other people to assist me out. Ridiculous was in shower when a ll the loud knocking pounding rudeness started. Smelled like wet dog, moved to different room still stunk. If I had known animals were allowed, I would not have stayed. On top of all this I was charged some extra fee that I have not been refunded. It came out of my deposit. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Property in general was ok. Check in time ( no one was in the lobby as the person was helping another person in the 4th floor.) I was there for 2 nights with my family. No cleaning room service at all for the 2nd day. On the 2nd day not even coffee. Lack of personal to help the front desk and or to help clients. I won’t choose this place again. The sink was clogged.

Perfect pre cruise
Great convenient hotel the night before a cruise out of port canaveral. The price was very affordable for what was offered. 20 minutes to the port and a quick 40 minutes from sanford airport.

Front Desk Hostesses (Ester) 1st appearance was Professional, initial contact was welcoming, accommodating, polite and professional. Upon further contact during stay the Front Desk Hostesses (Ester) was courteous and helpful! It appeared she was the only staff member on the premises and was multitasking in a professional manner that Thursday afternoon/evening.

The decor had a cold feeling. There was satains from a drink on the wall under the thermostat. Sheets on the bed had blood stain. I slept on top of the sheets as they didn't have any other rooms to change to. The toiletries were minimal. Caulking around the sink was pealing. I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed one night but if I had a longer stay I would have had to get my money back. There was several cockroaches in the kitchen area and the sides of the fridge and crack in between the counter was utterly disgusting.

I had a very nice lady check me in, and I've stayed in your Grand Hotel in the past. This was perhaps the nicest that I've been in, and very quiet too being close to the interstate
