Decor, emplacement, qualite des équipements, excellents. Belle chambre spacieuse. Petit dejeuner excellent. Spa. Mais: Eau chaude tres longue a venir. Aucune chaises pour poser ses vêtements dans la chambre. Inflexibilite du management de l'hotel.

A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to choose from. Overall, it was a very good experience.
