Nice family operated Inn with very friendly staff.
Great breakfast (freshly cooked and also fresh fruit, e.g. different kinds of melons, mandarines).
Unfortunately we spent only 1 night here on our round trip.

The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good, especially the breakfast. We stayed in a room with a four poster bed, it was very roomy but Sadly the mattress was too hard for us.

What a lovely little find for a pit stop with the family. Literally 2 minutes off the M5. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Food was fab (their coleslaw is amazing). Play area in beer garden is very safe and secure, kept the kids occupied. Room was clean and quiet. Thank you 😃
