Horrible service and not a great place
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HotelsWasn't real impressed. The hotel is in located in a great location but reminded me more of a hostel. We had an issue the night we were there with getting in the hotel when we carried fork a night out. The door was locked and no one answered. We banged on the door, called at least 30 times, and rang the bell for 30 minutes. No one answered. We had to stand outside for 40 minutes at 2am waiting to get in. Finally the manager woke up and was very rude about it.
The next day during check out, they said the sheet was stained (it was makeup) and the wanted 50 pesos. I told them they should be giving me a free night for the inconvenience of not getting in during the middle of the night. The receptionist said she would tell the manager and nothing else. I would never stay here again
