Hello Pauline,Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback! It's delightful to hear that you found our hotel to be well-situated and enjoyed our breakfast during your business trip.However, I see that your room wasn't cleaned between the two nights. We do not swing by your room if you not ask us to. To get a visit from our cleaning staff you need to tell us at the front desk before 22.00 the day before. If we do not hear from you, we will not visit you during your stay.We hope to welcome you back to Quality Hotel Tønsberg soon, and promise to keep up the good vibes!Best wishes,
