Great stay
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved the place. It was clean, looked like the pics, plenty of sleeping area. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and the jacuzzi was great for us and the trampoline was great for the kids.
Communication w the host was top notch and the location was great for water parks and golf.
Highly reccomend.

Getaway stay
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home is as advertised besides the one person jetted tub in the home. The hot tub is fantastic, and the house provides everything you need to cook, and relax. The cleanliness of the home was less than expected, food from a previous stay was found on the floor when we arrived, and there was lots of dust in the home all over the place. The outdoor landscaping was not maintained so the grass was high, and not usable. Overall, for the price it’s a decent place to stay, but we will not be booking again.

Hi Kelly, you arrived at the property before check in time and the cleaner was not yet done. Which was explained to you that you may arrive but the home might not be ready by that time. The cleaner rushed because you had on the blinkers of the car. Also in your stay you didn’t include pets which should have been included with your stay. Thanks for the feedback though.

Home away from Home
Publié le 24 août 2022 sur HomeAwaySo at first we were directed to a locked gate through GPS but quickly figured out that we had to gain access through the gatehouse which went smoothly enough. Then when we got to the house the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet, my son went out the sliding glass door to the porch and it came off the track, the TV's didn't get reception and one of the doors from the porch doesn't even open. We called and the people were quiet helpful but had to wait 2 days of my vacation to get the door fixed and TV's working. While cooking the door of the stove broke which we fixed ourselves but what we were baking burned, and the amenities that we went there for were not ever open to us, the beach, paddle boats and kayaks which was all disappointing. The pool was nice and we were able to play tennis, the home had some things for cooking like oil and salt/pepper which was also nice. Once everything stopped breaking we had a relaxing time and the owners were attentive, perhaps it was just bad luck.
