The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

INSIDE THE MASTER BEDROOM IS A JETTED TUB, THIS TUB IS NOT OPERATIONAL, ITS NOT SHOWN ANYWHERE IN OUR LISTING, YOU CANNOT USE IT DURING YOUR STAY.

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Community amenities (weather permitting):
Beach/pool access: $12/day per person gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.

Any last-minute bookings within 4 days of check in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community.

We supply starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, dish pod detergent, laundry detergent etc. After the starter pack is done guest is responsible to supply its own.
The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc.
grocery items guest are responsible for such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc.

We do not supply life jackets

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
