Avis Ultra Modern 4br, 7 min to TB state park

The house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, clean and had everything we needed. Prompt communication from owners was a plus. Close to a State Park and the community had a lot of amenities that my kids enjoyed. We had a lot of rain and stayed inside, but still had a great time!

Family reunion weekend Everything was great, host checked in with us several times over our stay to make sure all was well, which it was. Check in at welcome center took about 10 mins, which wasn't bad - and staff there were very friendly & helpful. Weather wasn't great, so we didn't go to the beach or pools, but kids had lots of fun kayaking & fishing. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of bath towels - everyone in our group was very pleased - would stay here again.

I will definitely recommend staying here.
