It was a nice house, only problem was the locking of windows and the muddy driveway u have to come out the house to throw the trash away and the cans were in the mudd

This house did just the trick

The check in process took 45min at the overcrowded main office with a crazy long line out the door. But that could just be because of the fact it was the day before NYE. Check in was at 4 but because of the cleaning crew we didn’t get in the house until about 5:30, however we were compensated with a later check out for that. The house says it’s optimally for six guests and sleeps 8 but me and my party were able to comfortably fit 9 between the three good size bedrooms, pull out bed, and large sectional couch. The two floors in the house really makes the most of the room. Both floors had spacious bathrooms and have good water pressure. The kitchen was ample and had every working appliance necessary to cook a big family meal. The “game room” is more of a child’s play room, and the fire pit could use some real seats separate from those on the deck. But ultimately me and my party of 9 enjoyed our stay here and had no issues with any aspect of the house itself. After check in, access in/out of the gated community was super easy any time of day, and anything we needed to buy could be found within 15 minutes of the community.

Entrence is welcoming and the location is great but the house needs some keep up. If a cleaning fee is implemented, then we expect to find a clean area. There was garbage from the previous guests, broken candles, we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher (which of course we did not remove), the microwave handle was dangling, the blinds in the bedrooms are torn apart, mold in the second floor bathroom. We tried to clean a bit but we couldn’t even find a broom. The pictures are very deceiving in their profile. Really, what’s the point of charging the CLEANING FEE?

Rough experience

Our experience at this rental property was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with a sweltering home that lacked air-conditioning, and despite having fans in each room, the main living room fan was non-functional. Despite accommodating our party of 10, the absence of A/C made our summer vacation far from comfortable. On the final evening, we encountered a substantial leak from the kitchen ceiling, originating from the upstairs bathroom. This situation left all 10 of us with only one bathroom to use, which was far from ideal. To make matters worse, the next morning, that minor leak had turned into a large hole in the kitchen, revealing mold. This was deeply concerning, considering the potential health implications from having been exposed to it throughout our stay.
