Come relax in a comfortable home in a small GA town that still believes in quaint stores, friendly service & good food. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee. (details below).
Toccoa hosts free country/jazz/rock bands downtown every Saturday night during certain summer months. Winter may drop a couple inches of snow and summer brings plenty of sunshine. We are 30 miles from Helen which is a stunning German themed town. Keep driving and you will be deep in the mountains within minutes. Toccoa falls is 5 mins away, Tallulah gorge 17 miles and within 30 miles in almost any direction, you are in the mountains. Bikers are welcome to bring their bikes and enjoy the curvy mountain rides!
There is a burn barrel should you want a relaxing evening fire with outdoor furniture and folding chairs available in the shed for your use. There is a gas BBQ grill in the shed. (If you prefer a charcoal fire, there is a small charcoal grill on the front porch).
There are Roku TV's in every room with regular TV service (make sure to take your sign in information if you subscribe to any specific platforms such as Netflix or Prime). There is video surveillance on the property which you can utilize to keep an eye on your dogs while away by contacting the host for access. There is free Wi-Fi available that is able to handle any devices you wish to bring.
There is a double carport for covered parking. Parking for a camper or trailer is also available.
There is a $50 pet fee per dog which can be added by clicking edit the number of guests once you are on the booking page. NO dogs on the beds or furniture please!! If you have more than one dog, the fee is $50 per dog payable directly to the owner. (There is a large dog crate available) Please contact owner for details and approval if you have multiple dogs.

We loved our stay
The property manger was SO easy to work with. I loved that milk, bread and eggs were provided, definitely made things easier for our first morning. Loved the fire pit and having wood provided. Loved the fenced in area for our fur baby to be able to run and not have to be on leash. The shower was cool. :) If I had to give any suggestions, it would be, if our stay was longer I would have liked to have somewhere to hang our clothes. For the amount of nights we stayed (3), living out of our bags was okay. Thank you for you hospitality. If we are ever back in the area , we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!

Perfect Stay
This is an incredible home and such an incredible host! Hardy was communicative and understanding. We felt well taken care of the entire time. The home is spacious for the family and has a nice fenced in yard for pets. The home is a close drive to multiple places in the area. I could not recommend this place enough! Absolutely must stay. Home away from home once again!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Once again everything was wonderful. Hardy is so easy to communicate with and makes sure that you have everything you need for your stay. Our dogs love the huge, fenced-in yard, and the location is great- very quiet. We come to Toccoa to visit family, and look to stay in this property every time. Thanks again!

Sweet Cabin in Toccoa
First of all, the owner is truly wonderful and communicates proactively which is appreciated. We stayed for my daughters wedding at a nearby venue. I needed room for family and this worked well. Finding the cabin can be a tad tricky in the dark, but overall the location is easy to navigate. This is definitely a cabin that accommodates pets and I should have paid more attention to the listing, although not a big deal as im not allergic. My sheets had pet hair on them, but thats the nature of things. Also there were a few palmetto bugs coming in out of the cold into the house - again, it's the woods! The well stocked keurig, coffee fixins, and the kitchen overall was generous. The owners are so kind and hospitable. Overall it is very homey with beautiful fall scenery, and served our purposes just fine as we were in/out often.

Breakfast included!
The description states "breakfast included" which I didn't really know what that meant when I booked. The owner is very hospitable and provided everything we needed for breakfast, including eggs, bagels, yogurt, and coffee. It didn't stop there, toiletries and plenty of towels were also provided. It was more than everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

I think the Dog enjoy it the most. She could not get enough of playing in the fence yard that was very large. As for the humans in our party it was just a time to relax and get away from our tourist town. This was our first Vrbo experience and it was a good one.

This cozy, comfortable cottage was the perfect setting for my sisters and me. We attended my granddaughter's wedding at Toccoa Falls. The cottage was in close proximity to everything. Our host outdid himself to make sure we had everything we might need. We loved staying there.

Perfect Location
We stayed here for my son's wedding at Flat Rock Farm. The location was within walking distance which was super convenient. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. We especially liked that our fur family could join us. The house was super clean and we had a pleasant stay.

From start to finish this rental was great!! Hardy provides a great, well stocked home with extra amenities like breakfast foods that are provided just for you. The home is clean and well kept up. And the owner stays in touch and is available if anything is needed. Was perfect for our small family Thanksgiving celebration. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

Gracious host thought of everything.
I needed some quiet time to myself, and to stay near where my daughter was at Camp Mikell. This house could have housed two couples and two kids comfortably. The host was generous with access to cooking supplies, bread, eggs, and milk. The bed was comfy. Access to Roku on TV was nice. If you've never been to Toccoa, cell phone coverage is spotty in the area, so make sure to GPS before you walk out the door. I would recommend this host and this location to a friend. Enjoy!

Amazing Spot in Toccoa
We were there for a wedding and it was a great spot in Toccoa. Hardy was very thorough in his instructions and was there to answer any questions. House was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Will definitely stay there again in our next visit to Toccoa!

I can not state enough how wonderful this property was. The owner communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we checked out. He had everything clearly labeled, and included a lot of extra information about the area. He had thought of everything we could have needed during our stay, including breakfast items, pantry staples, and extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. We had our dogs with us and they could not believe they got to play in the huge fenced-in yard. They live in the city, so this was quite a treat. We were in town to visit family, and the house was only about ten minutes from my in-laws. We can't wait to come back next year and stay in the house once again!

Lovely home!
The home owner keeps a lovely and functional 3 bedroom home! He was terrific at communicating, and completely helpful. We cooked several meals at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked. We appreciated having kitchen supplies so if we forgot bread or spices, etc, we were set. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, including me, and I'm super picky about beds! Great for a small family or a couples get-away!

Needed a nice place in a quiet area and this property caught my eye as a home away from home.
Description and pictures of this property do it justice. Exactly what we expected. Home away from home in a nice quiet area. Fenced in yard was a plus for my dog so she could get some much needed exercise after a 6 hour trip to burn off some energy. Very clean and well stocked with eating/ cooking supplies and food. Property owner, Hardy kept in touch and was a text or phone call away if we needed him. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely be inquiring on the property again. We chose the accommodations for the proximity to lake Toccoa events facility. My son’s wedding was held at this facility. The location was perfect for me to run back and forth for set up and getting ready for the wedding. Hardy was so kind and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs.

Great Experience
Wonderful stay. Very clean living space and well manicured yard. Close proximity to Toccoa Falls, Helen, and a number of other attractions. Owner was very welcoming and reached out on check-in day to see if we needed anything. Our daughter attends college a few miles away. We will definitely be back and book this property again.
