Great vibe, very relaxed, our room opened onto lovely grass and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Just an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, but tv was rather pathetic- no picture available for free to air, and cable stations very limited and poor picture. Code scan was out of date so could not access compendium. Fridge had no freezer section, but good crockery/cutlery. Management off site.

We are sorry you had issues with your room. We have just checked the TV and found it on the incorrect setting and yes we only have 8 Foxtel channels. We have Management onsite just not for the weekend.

That's what it should be called frankly. Very dated, poor condition rooms and facilities, not impressed for $150 a night, sorry.

Unfortunately this trip was disappointing. The toilet was dirty, the chairs were broken so difficult to sit on, no hairdryer and broken tv although the latter two were fixed when we complained. More annoyingly though the rooms were not serviced at all. If you ran out of supplies you had to go to reception. For $155 pn this was definitely substandard. The only nice thing about our stay was Jodie the receptionist who understandably was embarrassed with our experiences.

We apologise that your recent stay didn't meet your expectations. Our cleaning staff were notified of the lack of cleaning. However over the past few years with COVID, guests have preferred to have no service in the rooms. Our prices have stayed the same for the past 3 years due to no service of rooms. However we will look into placing more supplies for guests.
