overall satisfied. the room was clean but the smell of spices were very strong and the traffic noise was very disturbing. the pots were too old and should put a warning for the pots and pans as it burns its own plastic handles. Otherwise, good location and friendly management and nice deco.

wifi訊號有點弱，日式房建議在客廳端加上窗簾或遮光物，不然早上日出後日式房會過亮，其他整體來說不錯

Pour : It was good value and well located.
Contre : I would say the instructions on how to operate the security door, it was a little confusing.
Emplacement : Short walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearyby.
It was a big apartment by Japanese standards, well located and well appointed.

No need to worry for the breakfast as two of 24 hour Marts are near by.
Train station are just 7 min walking distance.

It was a clean, spacious apartment for 4 of us. Instructions given are clear. We experienced absolute privacy staying in the apartment.
