Safe and Secure stay in Shibuya ku
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is located in a quiet neighborhood a block away from the main street. The building is secure, and the unit is clean, comfortable and modern. Many amenities are included.
Many options for meals within short walking distances, and great convenience stores nearby that offer anything you need.
Mr. Ishikawa is a great host, and I highly recommend his property.

First time visit to Tokyo - an amazing stay!

Property is in a residential neighbourhood just a block from the main road. It's roughly 10-15 walk to either Shibuya or Ebisu station both major stations to a variety of places in Tokyo. In either direction you will encounter plenty of restaurants choices ranging from a variety of choices. A supermarket which closes at midnight 2 blocks away, coffee shop, and of course plenty of convenience store options as well. My family of 4 enjoyed the property and it had everything we needed including a kitchen for cooking if you wanted. The hosts were unbelievable in their communication it went beyond what you'd normally expect. Would stay again.

Excellent location, great little place
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place itself was perfect for our little family and the washer was a critical addition that we appreciated. Ko was quick to answer questions that we had and left us a welcome treat which was really nice.
Location, location, location. Less than 10 minutes from Shibuya Station and in a higher-end neighborhood which felt very safe as we were predominantly on foot the entire trip. Just around the corner was a cute coffee shop that we ended up going to more than once because their coffee, breakfast and service was excellent.

オーナー様の決めの細かい配慮が感じられるお部屋でした。備品が充実しており清潔でした。
唯一難儀な点は玄関入ってすぐに長い階段があるため重いスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労しました。

Clean, functional apartment in a great location

Perfect!
Publié le 24 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place was great for three 18 year olds boys. The location was very easy, close to train station, 7-11, and cafes. Very walkable. They took the train from the airport to Shibuya and walked about 8 minutes to the place. Had a code to enter. The only reason I gave check in 4 stars was because they had a small issue. But most important was Ko the manager of the property and how quick he was to respond and work it out. He was helpful and responsive. The place was clean and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent choice for 2-3 people. Heating food, making coffee and tea. The owner is very nice and very helpful. You have to be able to climb stairs to stay here.
