Pour : Pick-up service directement à la sortie du train.
Grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bains.
Service professionnel.
Contre : Le petit-déjeuner est hors de prix !
Pas de piscine.
WOW ! Du luxe pure !
Le pick-up service est impeccable ; la chambre est immense et la salle de bains incroyable.
La vue sur les rails est un peu moins spectaculaire cependant.

We’re very happy with our stay here. Exceptional service!!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and I say this with comparison to other four seasons hotels in Japan. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were very patient and helpful in offering us trip tips and guiding us to the stations, actually platforms we needed to go. Room was also clean and quiet, everything worked great. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo. Thanks!

The property location is excellent right next to Ginza shopping area . Lots of restaurants around . Service at the hotel was as good as it gets , staff taking care of all your needs .
Their restaurant Sezanne was just an amazing.
