Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse , ils sont très prévenant. Comme la plus part des chambre d hôtel au Japon , elles sont petites mais efficace. Il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin sèche cheveux, pyjama, TV ,brosse , brosse a dent etc..... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien on ne manque de rien . Et la cerise sur le gâteau le transfert a l'aéroport d haneda est gratuit.
