The property was in good walking distance to various restaurants, subway and shopping. The hotel room was pretty small for 2 adults and a child but this is in Ginza so it is probably normal. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke English pretty well. Yamato delivery was across the street so it was very convenient to ship luggage from the hotel.

Stayed for one night, was great room to rest before continuing on our trip. Clean comfortable.

Decorate in a vintage style. Friendly staff, near shopping malls, breakfast is also very good.

In spite of the location that is sitting in the center of Ginza, it was very quiet and they put me at the end of the hall which I requested. Room was clean and had all the necessities I needed. Complimentary water bottle was nice. One thing that I was surprised they didn’t have was USB ports. Had to have a block to plug in. The mirable shower was very nice. The staffs were very friendly!

City Center
