Good location, not clean.

Good area. All you need around. 15 min from Haneda, 30min to reach Shinjuku, ueno. Close to Shinagawa station (to get shinkansen). A bit too long to get to odaiba.
The only negative things was that the restroom/ bathroom were not clean (no real cleaning for a while). Very surprising (almost chocking) for Japan.

L'appartement était très propre et récent, très calme, une zone commerciale très dense autour de l'appartement, il manque des adaptateurs pour prise européenne, je regrette le manque de communication tout se passait par internet sinon très bonne établissement

Potential mold in the property?
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HotelsThe property smelled moldy in the first floor hallway. Room was very damp when we checked into our room on the 2nd floor. There are dark spots on the room walls. Not sure if they are caused by mold. Room is small but the beds are comfy. Location is not bad but have to transfer if you fly out of Haneda Int’l airport. We stayed in Minn Nihonbashi in Osaka where we had a much better experience.
