This was so much better than I expected. The capsule was more than marge enough for me, I’m 6ft. Within it comes a dimmable light and a charging point.
The capsule is separate from a locker area, which is also separate from the showers - so only a small inconvenience here.
Staff were excellent.
Serves great coffee in the cafe.
Location and prices make this place a great value. Only thing I wish it had was air vents in each capsule. Other capsule hotels I’ve stayed at have, so I assumed it was a regular thing to have them. But this place didn’t. And even though the entire floor has AC, when you draw your shade in your capsule, you cut off the outside AC. So you gotta choose between cool air or privacy. Other than that, it was ok.

Disliked: Staff & service
Had to pay for 4 persons when we only had 3. No refunds. Staff did not inform us before
Everyone was quiet during my stay which is a lucky thing. I liked that the lockers are on the same floor as the sleep pods so it’s easy to leave and take things. The shower area is well maintained. The cafe is also a great place to stay and eat take outs plus the unli coffee is appreciated. I really recommend this place and will for sure book here again next time
Very good, friendly staff, there was once a guest that had an alarm ring for half hour, waking everybody up. The hotel staff got her name and I suppose she got some sort of fine. Very organised, only downside but I think that's just Japan: not very sustainable.. a lot of plastic and disposable everything with plastic etc.. I was getting my slippers and they are always packed in plastic and I was just thinking why is it necessary to pack everything.
