Highly recommend for convenience and ease
It was a super convenient location. Just a short walk to the main Shibuya area. The hotel is part of a complex that had a shopping area with lots of interesting shops. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel and location! Right in the middle of Shibuya and all the action, but you don’t feel like it’s so busy once you’re in the hotel. It is very peaceful. Rooms are a nice size, not as small as typical Japanese rooms, and the view from the rooms are beautiful! Side note: water pressure in shower is great! Customer service is excellent. I do wish that we had the option to do a regular check in instead of having to check in ourselves (of course, with the help of a staff member). It takes a little longer and is a little more complicated for electronically challenged elders like my husband and I. We have stayed here a few times, and plan to do so everytime we’re in Tokyo.

The only good thing of this hotel is the location, the hotel is dirty in all areas, the elevators were really dirty, the floors, the doors. The room is extremely small. The bathroom is tiny. There is no place to hang the hand towel or to put your toiletry bag, the room is just the bed, no closet, very uncomfortable, we stay in 7 hotels in this trip and this one was the only one I would never return. And it’s a shame with the excellent location. I think they really need a manager and replan your eooms

The only two minor negativity ill give is that the room was even smallar than i expected (like really smal) amd i find the check in time to be way to later. But besides those things everything was great. I would go back whenever im back in town

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The location is great, with Miyashita park just outside the front entrances of the hotel. Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the station and all there is to see in Shibuya. And for coffee lovers the cafe located in the foyer area makes a great caffè latte which they call a macchiato. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay with plenty of shopping and eating options within walking distance. And if it’s further the train station is very close by as well. Staff was great and made sure the room was always clean. Room was a little small but was perfect for just one person which is what I did. I would recommend getting one of their bigger options if that is important to you. Other than that it was awesome. Connected to a park with food and bar options.

The room was small, but clean, the location is pretty convenient - lots of shopping and a nice park nearby. It would be even better if there is a gym, but overall - very decent stay!
