We really enjoyed our stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The rooms (twin room) can feel a bit tight for families, but the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is connected to a lot of things like a theater, the Aqua park and a food court, which is convenient if you have small children. The Shinagawa station is also really close by. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Our toddler was very sick and they earnestly did their best to help me find a clinic or hospital and evidently arranged for an ambulance to come and take us to the emergency. They communicated with the hospital so when we arrived, the hospital knew who we were and brought us straight in. When we got back to the hotel, they simply wanted to ask me how my child was doing. They also helped arrange a taxi to take us back to the hospital on a second visit to checkup. Their cleaning staff were also very friendly and quickly helped us change bed sheets.
