Room and location
The room was too hot and dry. So we turned off the heater but Humidifier blew cold air which made us to turn the heater again. We repeated this for the whole four nights we stayed there. And three of our family ended up with cold and sour throats.

This was a clean, simple room that was great as a landing spot after full days of walking around Tokyo. It is conveniently located next to a subway stop, which made getting back from anywhere in the city easy. For folks interested in Golden Gai, it is also a very short walk to there. It felt safe, and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The table with bathroom items was always well stocked and had great quality items (that hair conditioner!!). Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese foods and Western breakfast items. The staff in the restaurant where breakfast was served were also very helpful and good at keeping things clean and reatocked. The room size was small but manageable, which we expected (we did get the queen bed, which was comfortable and worth the slightly less space). We were happy with our stay and appreciate the staff at this hotel very much!

Nice hotel near shinjuku, and not in the very seedy very nightlife area, but not far from it. Well maintained hotel with friendly staff that help store your luggage before and after check out.
