Great location, train station is within 5 minute walking and easy to get around. Family mart is downstairs and there are other convience stores within 2 minutes walking. Check in and out was really easy. Great customer service. They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel. The room is a little dated and really small, barely enough room to walk and open luggage.

Unfortunately my first room was so small, very claustrophobic,the i change for another room and was much better.overal was a good place to stay.good ideia to have a self service laundry.

It was not a big issue but the main office area and foyer waiting area was pretty uninviting. But it's hard to change the particular layout of a building. The Annex building was even less inviting than the main building. My room was very small of course but it had everything and was very clean and quiet. Great location.

Tokyo budget stay
Posted May 22, 2024 on HotelsVery good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi night life street and subway. Loads of food options.
Stayed in the Annex building, overall is fine, but not as convenient to use the washing machine as it is in the main building. The dryer was also rather weak, had to run almost 2 hours to dry a small load.
