this place was nothing short of amazing! will definitely stay here again. not only that but the location was also super convenient, stations are close, lots of shopping to do & more than enough restaurants to try - all of which are amazing as well

Excellent location for dining and shopping. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean, however all amenities are located at the front desk, there is no fitness facility and no television. If you value these items in your room, you will not like it. There is an epson projector which we used to watch movies on Netflix. Overall, a good place to stay. US $337/night. We booked this very last minute, so I’m sure you could get a better price. Late checkout at 1pm was an additional 4000¥. Worth it for us since our flight was late at 9pm.

Top notch amazing location right next to ginza corridor. Amazing restaurants great hotel staff and the cleaning in the rooms are top notch. Our room only had projection screen so we needed chromcast.

Great location - close to restaurants and bars, rooms were smallish but perfectly adequate and spotless. Bit of street noise through the night as room was on the 8th floor versus higher up.

First of, the location is great, near all the restaurants. The hotel itself however, is a bit average. Overall, the place is clean and has laundry. The lobby was a let down and the room was kinda plain. For the price, I would try their other sister's hotels. I know others reviewers were not that happy about breakfast, but personally, I thought the breakfast was delicious with great service.

Very good hotel - room was cleaned daily, walking distance to transport, shopping and dining options as you walk outside your door. Laundry facilities were great whilst on holiday too.

Highly recommend

Weirdly I was a bit nervous about booking on this site. I used to book through these types of sites but moved away from it and didn’t do it internationally. The rate was so much better than the hotel website so had to chance it. Everything worked perfectly. Check in was easy. My request of the two rooms I booked to be by each other was accommodated. Wasn’t a deal breaker but nice to be accommodated. The room is small but that is expected in Tokyo. Appreciate the newer tech…Bluetooth music in the shower, plenty of outlets, lights on the nightstand, etc. Bed was comfortable too. Air conditioning/heat was effective. (Sometimes that is a thing in Japan) Nice bidet toilet. Not a cheap toilet. One of the nicer. Good experience and would stay again
