I had a really nice experience staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel. Everything was perfect. Their room service and breakfast were amazing. Easy access to the Toraya Cafe, which was a nice bonus. Will stay again in the future.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The décor and facilities of the room and the common parts of the hotel were all in perfect condition. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would undoubtedly stay here again.

We picked the Tokyo Station because it sits atop the main Tokyo train station. Despite this, the hotel is serene and quiet; our room was scrupulously clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely attentive. Definitely an excellent choice for anyone traveling around Tokyo or Japan in general. Also an convenient location to/from Haneda Airport (just a subway/monorail ride away). Would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant experience.
The staff speak English and are very friendly. The room is very clean with very nice bed sheets. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The breakfast is great, but a little expensive. They do provide luggage forwarding service. Location is amazing.
