The room in the hotel is spacious. The size of the bathtub was excellent. This hotel serves one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. They have a good selection of Japanese breakfast and western food. The bakes from their bakery were absolutely delicious. Both young and old had a wonderful time during breakfast. Thank you.

Stay was comfortable and overall good. Shuttle service doesn’t go to Disney Resort directly, goes to main station and need to walk to Disneyland from there. Wasn’t an issue for us because we enjoyed the short walk to the theme park. And also we needed to get dinner from the main station before going back to the hotel. Downside: need to walk 5 mins to grand Nikki to wash laundry. And also no microwave machine for guest to use. Staff had to use their staff lounge microwave machine to heat up my food, which I appreciated a lot.

This is a great hotel with fairly easy access to Disney! Our room was very nice, enough space for a family of 4, and we had a really fun view of Disneyland from the 5th floor. We had dinner at the buffet one night and while there were plenty of options, we thought the food was just ok. The one downside was the laundry service. We were midway through a long trip and needed clean socks, underwear, and pajamas. Everything came back very clean and nothing was missing. The way the clothes were returned was inconvenient though. Every single item was sealed inside a plastic bag, and also had a small paper tag stapled to it! Yes, we had to sit for almost an hour and pick tiny staples out of every sock, and every pair of underwear! Once we had it all unpacked, there was a not-small pile of plastic trash that seemed unnecessary. But overall, this is a good hotel choice if you can avoid the laundry. A huge bonus was the free Disney themed shuttle to and from Maihama station!

ホテルのサービスは、ディズニー旅には最高😀 早朝からのディズニー入園でしたが、フロントに行く前に、ホテルのエントランスで、宿泊確認と荷物の預かりをしてくれます😊 こちらのホテルには、ディズニー旅では初めての宿泊でしたが、今まで利用したホテルには無かったサービスだったので、大変良かったです😊 時間に余裕もあったので、そのままフロントでチェックインも出来て、遊んだ後もすぐに部屋に直行出来ました😊 部屋は、お風呂が洗い場付きで、浴槽も大きく快適でした😊 3人での利用でしたが、ベッド4台の部屋で、清潔感があり広くて使いやすかった😊 4人部屋だったからか、バスタオルは3枚でしたが、フェイスタオルは5枚だったりと、多い分には良かったのですが、数にバラつきがあるのは⁉️⁉️ ちなみに他のアメニティは、4つでした😊 家族利用だっら、問題ないけど、友達とだったらどうかなと、思いました😅 フロントスタッフは、若い方が多く、好印象〜また、ディズニー旅で利用したいです😊

Exceeded expectations, friendly service, nicely sized rooms, very comfortable, peaceful and convenient for Disneyland with free shuttle buses getting you within close walking distance. Best possible introduction to Japan. Highly recommended.
