One of the worse hotel service I have ever stayed.
Incident 1 -
I made my reservation thru Agoda. Supposed to pay 23rd Dec 2359 but Agoda cancelled my booking at 9pm due to a change in my credit card.
1) I called Tosei hotel to check if they can reinstate my booking. I was told to call Agoda to put up the request. They said nothing to do with their system.
2) I then called Agoda. They put me on hold for 25 mins as they said they need to seek the approval from the hotel. Came back telling me Tosei rejected the request. They Told Agoda I have to book direct thru them. Which cost double of what I have paid in Agoda.
3) Tosei hotel- knowing that you would reject the request, why still bother asking me to call Agoda? I am overseas. You are totally wasting my time.
Incident 2-
1) after I checked in, 30 mins later , your guy ask me to call Expedia to verify my full name. I have changed my name through the apps and it would be updated into the system. Why still insist I have to make IDD calls instead of verifying through my apps?
Incident 3.
I would like to check for luggage transport. Counter said they don’t do and they don’t know how to do it. then I ask for alternatives if they know UBER XL in Japan can fit big luggages. He replied me “we don’t provide such service”
Tosei hotel- is this the kind of service you can do for your customers? No doubt your room is spacious and clean but your service is utterly disappointing.
