The view of Senso-ji temple from the room window was amazing. Location in Asakusa very convenient close to subway and many restuarants and shops.Quiet and peaceful in the room after days of sightseeing. Decor in the room a bit tired, 3.00pm check in and 10.00am checkout enforced. Overall a good experience.

A nice hotel in a mostly quiet downtown area

The hotel is a short walk from Asakasa underground station. The room size is what would be expected in Tokyo at this price and there are limited free amenities. More importantly for me however, the windows open, the aircon and wifi work well and the area and hotel is quiet.

Great choice!

The breakfast was great. Beds very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly, though no early check in available except for a fee. Not a problem as they held our bags for free. Room was a bit dated compared to previous properties we stayed at. Older bathroom, bit of a musty smell to the room, but it was clean. Location is very close to temples, shops, and restaurants, but a 10 minute walk from the subway.

Excellent!!

We have stayed in Via Inn on many occasions over the past years and Via Inn has once again met our expectations in more ways than one. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful as well as efficient. Mr. Koike at the front desk was especially helpful as well as welcoming. All our requirements were met and they even pleasantly surprised us with an upgrade of our room. Thank you Via Inn. The location of Via Inn is superb for Asakusa, being just 2 minutes walk from Sensoji Temple and there are many surrounding eateries and shopping too. Transport is convenient with the metro and railway being just minutes away. Our family of three had a most enjoyable 2 nights' stay. We will be staying at Via Inn again in a few days' time upon our return to Tokyo from Kyoto and we are certainly looking forward to our stay there again.

Nice hotel, excellent service

The hotel was very welcoming and accomodating to our needs. The room was a tad small for two people, with just enough room to move. It was very clean and we'll kept.

Hotel in Asakusa

I requested for a non smoking room but they said they were full, instead they ask us to use an airfreshner spray. The room was to warm. We ask front desk to call taxi because of our luggage, no effort to help and told us to just wait infront of the hotel and wait for taxi to pass by.
