Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.

Comfortable house and outstanding customer service!

There were a few things that could probably use fixing, for example, the lighting in some of the rooms was too dim, the oven doesn’t work (they offered to replace it, but we decided not to deal with that for the moment. I still think they should replace the oven regardless for future customers), some hammocks and chairs were broken (I’d just get rid of those), and finally some knifes were just not sharp.
I’d give it a 5 if it were not for these hiccups. The staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable! Danilo, Orestes, Grace, Allison, Juan, you guys are the real MVPs!

Dream location
Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HomeAwayVery thankful to the Lord for helping us find this hidden gem. We enjoyed every minute in the home. The only afvise would be updates. Shower heads not working properly, lighting around the home. Very dark and some fixtures are not working properly. We are really thankful for mr. Daniel ( pool maintenance) he went far and beyond to make out stay pleasant. He showed us around and was always ready to help with amything. May the Lord Bless this home and the family. Lord willing we will be back soon... thank you

Very nice place close to Aqua resort with a awesome view

Would not recommend
Publié le 8 août 2021 sur HomeAwayHouse is in need of upgrades, very dirty. It seems like the people that take care of the house are not doing their job. The house needs a lot of repairs. Would never rent this property again nor I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Not satisfied at all. If the owners of this property see this feedback feel free to call me I can give you more details and pictures I took. Property manager sucks.
