i was bitten by bedbugs all over my body, when i took this issue to the front desk they just rudely told me that because i booked online i was unable to get a refund through them. after my talking to an expedia agent briefly and having them tell me i needed to speak to the hotel staff i tried calling back later to cancel and was screamed at that again i cannot cancel because i booked online.

Definitely not updated, or clean. Room smelled like smoke.

The room was so so. The bathroom door had a notch cut out of it so the door could open as the toilet was sticking out further. The "connecting" door to the next room was blocked by a table and the door was taped around the door frame. The bed was comfortable, the lamp next to the bed closet to the door did not work. The tub was so small I could barely fit in it to take a bath, the tub was also a little dirty. I probably will not stay here again.
