Overall, a nice place.

#2 the shower handle may have been i stalled backwards, because where the hot and cold points are appear to be opposite of what you would expect.

The guest contact did not get back with us to provide the code for the keyless entry after 4 attempts and beyond the check-in time. We had to call the company directly and obtain a back-up code. The code we were provided did not work until 36 hours later.
The space was clean, but the bathroom hand soaps were nearly empty and there were no hand towels. We put them up ourselves from the linen closet. No extra blankets. No extra trash bags for the kitchen- we had one for our entire 4 day, 3 night stay.
Overall, the place suited our needs, but was not cozy and home like.

Publié le 24 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWell one of the reasons we decided for this place was the fireplace, I spoke to an agent making sure the fireplace could be use but it wasn’t till we got to the place the fireplace was replaced with an electric make believe fireplace another complaint is there is no night stand in the bedrooms or in the living so if you have any drinks or want to charge your phone while you sleep you got to put it on the floor, a few little tables around would help

Hi Elvio, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize that the fireplace caught you off guard. We removed the woodburning fireplace for safety concerns and replaced it with an electric one. We'll note it on the listing to ensure our guests are aware.
- To clarify, we do have nightstands in the bedrooms and the living room for our guests to use.
