Very personable staff; Price was very reasonable and facility was quiet.
Our room temp A/C was set at 60 when we arrived at 10 pm at night! It was frigid in the room.
Large bathroom mirror above the sink was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. Many dirt marks and grime on lower mirror.
There were NO towels in the bathroom except 1 hand towel on the shelf beneath the sink. Someone is not paying attention to details.
No trash can in the bathroom. There was a trash can in the area of the bed/dresser.

Beautiful bathroom. Loved the size of the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Nice and inviting lobby area when arriving. Rooms clean and comfortable, but tv could use an update. Wasn't the nicest tv. When you would turn it off and back on, the tv would turn itself on to max volume and blare itself everytime upon restarting. It was annoying! When the cleaning people cleaned our room they took all the towel and wash clothes and never replaced them with more. We had to keep bugging the staff that we needed some. Finally my husband had to go down and retrieve some for us hours later. It was kind frustrating.

I felt safe , and the restaurants are very close . The location is awesome
