Chambre n'était pas propre. Poils dans la douche. Moisissures. Fenêtres extrêmement sales. Et le pire, des emballages de médicaments, des pots et autres emballages entre la table de nuit et le lit. Dégoûtant. L'employée au bar restaurant de l'hôtel était bête et ne nous a même pas dit bonjour.

Don’t count on the restaurant bar being open!

Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar. Both were closed when we checked in and out. Clerk was on the phone handing a reservation for a very long time when we checked in and never acknowledged us until she was done. No information about the hotel was shared with us. Ladies, beware. The light for the bathroom vanity was so dim it was difficult to see to brush one’s hair, never mind do make up.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. Our restaurant hours are 5pm to 10pm (Monday to Saturday) for dinner and 7am to 10 am (weekends) 6:30 am to 9:30 am (weekdays) for breakfast. I am so sorry for the inconvenience of you not being able to use our Bistro but we were open during the hours that you were here.

The staff was difficult to find. Ordered food and the single attendant was nearly an hour for a grilled chicken sandwich and did not fulfill the simple order correctly. Staff would leave bar area while patrons were looking for a drink or food. Not very organized or communicative.
