Avis NEW! Cozy Duplex Close to Toledo Botanical Garden

First impression was we were at the wrong place. The weeds were so overgrown they touched your feet while walking down the middle of the sidewalk. The backyard was worse-there was an old tire just sitting there. What?!?! Slight smell when we walked in-couldn’t place it. Then we found out what it was the next morning-the garbage disposal was backed up and none of the switches in the kitchen operated it. Terrible acoustics-not 1 picture on any wall-one was propped up against the wall in the living room…. Kinda strange. No rugs or carpet so you heard every move everyone made day or night. No one slept well as every time you rolled over you woke everyone up. Smeared bug guts on the walls in a couple places. Dust caking the registers and fans. I asked about the garage parking that is only advertised on Evolve and Yvonne was quite rude with her response. I stated it was advertised and her response was: none of our properties have garage parking. Like I know what properties she has. I had to reach out to her twice before I got a response. Yeah… only plus was it was centrally located for the area we were visiting-20 min tops from family. I do not recommend.

Perfect location for all our family had planned in the Toledo area - quiet neighborhood, beautiful home and it had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a work trip and were very pleased with the property. It was very clean, nicely decorated, homey, yet spacious and in a nice neighborhood. We actually booked another stay since we were so happy with everything.

Plenty of space at this spot!! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious couches, and bedrooms. (Our only suggestion is to remove the plastics sheaths from the mattresses; they made for noisy sleeping.) Nice spot!

This home was more than we could have expected. Beautiful, immaculate, spacious, perfect for our groups needs. Very easy to work with.
