In regards to nearby amenities I found the location to be satisfactory, however access to the apartment was slightly incommodious.
The inside is small, but clean. I found the bed and couch more than adequate and the apartment was clutter free. However, the shower was less than desirable. The kitchen was mostly sufficient, but the cutlery and associated accoutrements were substandard; bring your own knife(s)/cutting board if you plan to make a good meal, couldn't find a cleaning sponge either. Only a few windows (I did not try them all) would open, one of which showed signs of black mold around the casing--which is understandable considering the lack of an climate control/HVAC system. The blinds are not black-out nor do they inspire total privacy.
For the most part the neighborhood was clean and quiet. However, the last afternoon/early evening of my 4 day stay the student housing directly across the small yard was obnoxious enough to send me packing for other accommodations; a first for me while visiting any sort-term rental location.
There was no guestbook so you might need to ping your host (they were quick to respond) for information.
Overall the Falcon's Corner Retreat was an oaky stay. However, next time I'll find a "cozier" location.
