Two-night stay
Posted Oct. 5, 2024 on HotelsNice room with great view on Puerta del Sol. Breakfast is ok but not much choice and also because the breakfast room is small you need a time slot reservation so you can't go whenever you want. Staff is friendly, the hotel is cozy, our check-in was near 00:00 but everything was ok.

99% perfect but……
Posted Aug. 23, 2024 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right at the entrance to the old town and everything is available within a 15 minutes walk.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous and all contact with them was 5 star.
A few points worth considering:
1: There are limited parking spaces with the hotel but they have a discounted arrangement with a local parking 400m distance.
2: Only one key was given at checkin and this was an actual key. Two would have been better.
3: plant based milks were available at breakfast but very limited choice for vegan/vegetarians.
4: the hotels location is next to a cobblestone road , so expect road noise to be a little louder, but not intrusive.
Overall we found the staff exceptional and the hotel offered great value for money.

Bed bugs! This says it all what everyone needs to know. We found bed bug in our daughter extra bed. The management tried to explain that it may come with the sheets from laundry facilities and the bug is dead. A day later bed bug’s bites were found on our
daughter’s back and hand. This event ruined our trip to Toledo.

Dear Sir,Our hotel does not have and has never had bed bug problems since we work with containment and disinfection programs to prevent it from happening. It's strange that we only have this comment and nothing else about bed bugs. I remind you again that we do not understand why they are trying to do harm with this, it is a serious accusation.I already told her daughter when I spoke with her (with the full intention of not charging her for the room, which is what she wanted at all times) that if there were any bed bugs, they must have come in her suitcases since we have never had them here and when There are many and not one dead.The management has never said that it came from the laundry because if it came from there they would be all over the clothes and not just one. After your stay at our hotel we had to pay for extra disinfection and had to isolate several rooms for several days with the corresponding loss of money. The following week, as I spoke with her daughter to find out if there were any bites (they come out on the same day and not after several days), she told me that there were, but she doesn't have any photographs or a medical report or anything so it is. totally doubtful. She, however, once again insisted that I not charge her for the room, to which I replied: we don't have bedbugs here and if I also agreed to that, so as not to have comments (like this one), I would be agreeing with her and she isn't. .

Excellent stay!

We stayed here for four nights as a base for going to PuyDuFou and found this hotel to be conveniently located on the edge of Toledo's old town. Close enough to be in the main town within a few minutes but far enough from the crowds.
The room was clean and comfortable with good A\C. Breakfast was well organised on a timetable. A good selection of fruit, cereal, savoury options (bread / cheese / cold meat / Spanish omelette) and pastries. There was as much fruit juice and coffee as you could drink.
Car parking can be booked, at a small cost, through the hotel at a private and secure car park approximately 200 metres from the hotel.
The staff were friendly and couldn't have done more to help.
I would happily stay here again.

Excellent apartments
Posted May 6, 2024 on HotelsWe stayed at the Abad apartments. The apartment was the best one of our travels with a large living room, large kitchen, substantial bath and very functional kitchen. The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy at the nearby parking lot. The location was outstanding on the edge of the old city.
