service a la clientèle moyen a notre arrivée mais mieux au départ et au dejeuner. déjeuner quand mémé bon mais très peu d'espace pour les clients, seulement 3 tables
chambre confortable et propre

Roach motel
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsNot really sure where to start…we arrived later in the evening so, I ran in to check us in, drop our bags off and run to find dinner for my family and I. The night staff was very nice. When we finally arrived to the room, I Made a joke about it being a"roach motel" not knowing it would actually be a reality. When we woke up the next morning,we went down to breakfast, the man at the counter was rude about me asking for plates and cups. The waffles you get to make were delicious. But,when we got back to our room to pack up and leave, there were at least three decent sized cockroaches in the room we were sleeping in!
From the cigarette burns in the bedding to the rude staff and the creepy crawlies, I urge you, do your research. Even if it's just for a quick stay. 6.5 stars is too much for this place.

I understand your disappointment and level of frustration, this is not the kind of experience we want any of our guests to have. I shared your comment with member of management, and I sent you an email addressing your comments and action we have taken. Because of your diligent housekeeping were able to go to the floor above you and turn the shower off. Again thank you both for your swift action and for staying with us!

Will not go back

When we arrived there were individuals sitting in the parking lot between vehicles drinking and smoking. The room was a king size with a jetted tub. The air conditioner did not work, there was hair in the jets of the tub, and the toilet did not flush properly.
We asked for another room. The manager walked with us to the new room so we could review it together. The second room was better but still had hair in the tub. We did stay but were very cautious about where and what we did.
