You get what you pay for. It’s ok but the bed is not that confy and it’s smell of cigarette.

Was very disappointed. Have stayed here many times over the years while visiting family in Toledo and have never had a problem before. This year, the room had bedbugs & wife was bitten several times on her legs. There were also not enough towels provided in the room.

You indicated that the pest you reported and the limited number of towels hindered your experience. Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. Our room wasn’t very clean. There was food on the desk and I was barefoot for about 3 minutes and my feet were sticking to the floor after I got out of the shower. Our TV didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal because I wasn’t there to watch TV but it was a little annoying. There was a huge gauge in our door and there were people hanging out outside smoking the entire time I was there which didn’t make me feel the safest. The woman working the front desk was very nice though. The smell of the entire place is just not great. I don’t see myself staying there again.
