El servicio fue increíble, nos ayudaron a llegar al hotel, en todo tiempo la atención fue excelente. El hotel muy bonito, la recámara amplia con vista al lago. La comida buena. La ubicación situada entre Valle de Bravo y Avándaro. Definitivamente regresaría.

En términos generales buena experiencia. Sin embargo señalo aspectos que no ayudan a hacerla mejor. 1. Fallas constantes en la energía eléctrica. 2. La televisión está ligada a una plataforma cuya oferta de canales es sumamente reducida. 3. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño. 4. El agua de la alberca no se climatiza.

El hotel es pequeño y tranquilo. El personal en su conjunto es muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cuentan con calefacción. No recomendaría el lugar para personas que no puedan subir y bajas escaleras, pues el terreno está en pendiente. Tampoco para quien desee ir a pie al centro de Valle. La carta del restaurante es pequeña pero variada y nos agradaron los alimentos que elegimos. Las prestaciones del SPA son muy recomendables.

El baño es muy incómodo porque no da ningun tipo de privacidad. La puerta es casi transparente con una fuerte luz blanca al interior. Horrible. El restaurante con mal servicio y mala comida. Lo demas me pareció adecuado. Pero no regresaría.
