Con: For this nice of property it was disappointing that the dishwasher and ice maker didn’t work

Since you have stayed with us, we were able to fix the ice maker by clearing out the ice build up. Regarding the dishwasher, I do apologize for the dishwasher being out of order. The previous group had damaged it, and we were unable to have someone available to fix it before your booking. I hope to make it up to you with your next reservation with us. I would be happy to honor the discount that we discussed.

Space to play together, or apart!

Ample space inside and out gives older kids the freedom to find their place and/or for family and friend activities. Lots of golfing available in the area. Bring a truck up with you so you can simply float down the flowage in the kayak and get picked up when you're done! Well-appointed property and great communication from host.

Great place to reconnect with friends and family
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you want to get away from it all, catch up with friends or family, read a book, fish or take a canoe or kayak out on a quiet waterway, this is a great place.
We do something like this every few years with a few couples and we like a good size house with a large kitchen. This place will not disappoint. Great amenities.
There is not much to do in the area but peace and quiet galore here.

A great Northwoods getaway

We traveled with adults and 4 young kids and this house was very accommodating. It was extremely clean and well maintained! The hosts have thoughtful touches throughout the home including fans in each room, extra blankets, charging ports throughout, plenty of towels, a fully equipped and great functioning kitchen, comfortable beds, blinds in bedroom windows, fast wifi and smart TVs.
The kids enjoyed swimming around the pier and fishing from the provided canoes. They loved the bunk beds!
We highly recommend this property.

Thank you so much for staying with us Mary Alice! I am happy you were able to enjoy our home. Although the water looks brown, this is a natural occurrence in Wisconsin due to tannen from the trees. This causes a brown discoloration in the water and is safe to be around!

Perfect in every way
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a gem of a property! Our stay was simply lovely. We were inundated with snow which made for a very picturesque view out the common space windows. They have thought of everything from plenty of blanket type throws around the home to a full cabinet of spices. We will have to come back to experience the enticing outdoors - but made the most of relaxing in this cozy cabin.

Winter cabin getaway
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was perfect for our two families! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The place feels secluded and the views are gorgeous. Plenty of space and amenities for cooking meals, playing games, and lounging by the fire. Ben was extremely responsive, and especially helpful when we realized on the drive in that we had not yet received the entry info from VRBO. We would definitely come back.
