The room was not only completely unsafe- the door didn’t shut all the way or even lock. We had to barricade the door. The bathroom door had a punch hole in it. The mirror is broken. The sink was cracked. I would dare go barefoot in there, the floor was disguisting! The blankets had cigarette holes in them. The pillow were deflated and the beds were hard. The fridge didn’t work. We couldn’t get the AC to get colder until about 2am. I booked another hotel in the middle of the night. They refunded me for one of the three nights. Also, I went to just get coffee the first morning and the milk I put in the coffee was spoiled. All over horrible experience… the absolute WORST! I honestly don’t know how they are legally operating….

I liked that stores were close & in walking distance. The owners were friendly. What I didn’t like was in the room there was nothing to hang clothes on. The phone looked to be badly damaged. The tile in bathroom was cracked and broken pretty bad. There were a couple of holes in the bathroom big enough for mice. No coffee pot, ironing board or iron. The worst of all was I seen a few roaches in the dresser where my clothes were.

The fire alarm was missing. The fire sprinklers we covered up in plastic. So clearly fire hazard!!! There was an inch gap under the door. We had to cover it with towels so bugs couldn’t get in.
