Specifically reserved non smoking but got a smoking room (i dont know why thats even a thing anymore). The room was infested with cockroaches. The sheets were stained, vanity mirror was broken, lobby was under construction so no breakfasts. Wouldnt recommend!

We selected the two queen bed room and because our resevation said 2 adults our room was automatically switched to 1 king bed. Very frustrating.

I would never recommend this property for a stay. I checked in at 11 pm and even though I had reserved the room weeks in advance and had called the facility 6 hours ahead of time on that date informing them that my flights were very delayed and our late arrival time, I was told that the only room available was in a construction area and would be noisy until late in the day. I foolishly accepted and went to my room to sleep. The room smelled and was cold. I climbed into bed but did not sleep well due to the air conditioning being either frigid or off with no other adjustments available. Next the in-room refrigerator started making a noise like it was going to explode and continued to do this off and on all night. In the morning, I noticed the floors were sticky and gritty, there was mold on the tub caulking and the mirror was covered in mold (hence the smell). In the morning, I complained, and they offered me another room. Upon examination of the new room the mold smell was worse, the entry light was strobing, and the air conditioner was completely off the wall. I had booked for 8 days, and they refused to give me a refund for 7days even though the room provided was unsafe and determintal to my health.
