It took a while to get checked in. The front desk was unmanned.

Excellent stay

Very nice stay in a newer, very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good and included eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes along with bagels, english muffins, etc. Beds were comfy.Front staff and ladies who handled the breakfast were all very friendly. Special shout-out to Gabby, who helped with operation of the ac, whicj worked perfectly, and remembered my name the very next day. Highly recommend.

Broken phone line with constant busy signal. Loud guests all through the night. Barely functional WiFi, couldn’t connect my streaming device. Asked to speak to management in the survey, they sent a template email instead of calling. Alarm clock went off at 5AM despite not setting it, and house keeping tried to barge in at 930AM despite them supposedly coming “on request”. I did not request, and they almost walk in on us changing clothes. Tiny suite is not worth the money, get a regular room or a better hotel if you want a suite.

Hello Adam, I'm so sorry we did not meet your expectations. We have used your feedback to readdress training with our housekeeping staff. The alarm clocks should be checked every time a room is cleaned as a check out. We were extremely busy with back to back sold out nights and unfortunately this was missed in your room. Apparently there was a miscommunication with a room number that had actually departed and they came to your room with the understanding you had checked out. I also want to apologize for the issues you experienced with the Wifi and phone. Even though the email you received did not list your specific concerns, the issues were reported and rectified. We list the square footage and amenities for each room type in hopes that it's very clear what room is being reserved. Normally this room type is highly rated. I'm sorry you did not feel the same and we were unable to give you a pleasant experience. We strive for all our guests to enjoy their stay with us and I'm disappointed we were unable to do this for you. I'm truly sorry for all the issues that occurred during your stay.
