Great overnight stay
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a studio unit which had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Each unit is allocated one car park.
Only downside was the car parks right outside the units are unallocated. Unfortunately, another car was parked in the park right outside our unit. Not ideal when you’re lugging heavy suitcases and want easy access to your car. Other than that, we couldn’t fault our stay at Athena.

Hi Isabel,Thank you for your lovely review of your stay here with us, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your time here and found us to be comfortable and clean and have everything you could need. As discussed personally with me, parking is undesignated with us to allow for multiple vehicle exceptions including uncovered parking for taller Utes etc. We also have some units with no car space in front of them at all so we simply cannot have a designated space regardless for all rooms. You were quite upset about this and even stated you would never return, however you had a private conversation to the owner regarding our parking when he himself parked in front of your unit and when you confronted him, he offered to move of which you very adamantly declined - even being explained to about the undesignated parking multiple times. We do hope now that you are well aware of this, that if you did choose to stay again with us, that you could be more equipped to navigate our parking.Kind Regards,Emma, Reception Supervisor
