Thank you Michael for your rating from your recent stay. We wish we could offer some explanation to your poor rating but you haven't really let us know any issues you had. Hopefully they aren't maintenance issues as we would love to be able to address these for future guests.

We stayed overnight and found this Motel was conveniently located near shops and food outlet's. Plenty of other guests when we booked, however it was peacefully quiet overnight. Due to Covid, you will need to ask for cutlery if you require them. There's a breakfast menu with the usual non dietary options but as stated there are plenty of food outlets or Ubereats. We would stay here again as it suited our needs.

Overnight stay

Have stayed here before, hence booked in again for one night. A now tired but comfortable facility with a nice bed. Has all the basic amenities needed and close to food outlets and the highway. Unfortunately room service for brekky and dinner was temporarily unavailable. Disappointing this wasn’t highlighted on the booking website so guests would be aware as this could be an inconvenience. Comfortable stay. Thank you

Thank you Walter for your feedback, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us again. We do apologise for any inconvenience for the meals but unfortunately our cook was rushed to hospital and we were left with no choice to halt our meal service. We shall resume alternative room service again next week for all our future guests.

From stained sheets to 9am room cleaners opening door…shocking.

Just in response to your review. All our linen is sourced from a supplier, we do not and have never not changed our sheets and if there was a mark it is from a reject, not a stain from previous use or from a guest. We take our hygiene and clean standards very seriously. If this was the case we would of like you to talk to us during your stay so we could address this issue with head of housekeeping. As for housekeeping, we do provide DO NOT DISTURB cards if you wish to not have housekeeping attend your room for service. Thank you again for your business.

It was good for location. It was a nice tidy unit. Furniture and tv needs updating as well as the fridge as it’s door was missing a shelf so couldn’t store milk etc and the freezer didn’t work. Beds are comfy but people were talking outside both mornings at 2.30am. Screens on windows also need updating for security. The room service for breakfast was a bonus. Staff were polite.

Thank you Sarah for your response. We thank you for letting us know about the fridge, however unfortunately you had it on low so that is why it was freezing cold. As for the shelf, we could not see a missing one unfortunately. All our windows have locks on them for security. Thank you again for your business.
