Great location right next to Queens Park. Just across the road from the Parkrun and next to Festival of Flowers.
Great utilities. Microwave, and toaster. Iron, board and hairdryer.

Reception was very good and flexible with the leaving time as we were slightly delayed as a result of the crowds for the lower festival.

Very convenient access to Green Park (right across the road). Two cafes for breakfast or lunch, right next door. Clean & tidy room, would definitely stay again.
