This is our second stay and it will not be the last. It is a superb place, everything about the stay was perfect.

Beautifully decorated with top notch security. The only downside is that parking is very tight. Location is perfect with major shopping centres only a short drive away.

'Very Nice, but don't expect early access!!!
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment is reasonably new, large, well appointed. 2 bed, 2 bath, clean and modern. Only negative aspect is the electronic programmed entry. Even if the apartment is ready to check-in at 1.30pm you cannot enter because the electronic key pad entry is programmed for 2pm. We arrived at 1.58pm and had to wait at the car park entry door until 2pm to gain access. For a high end apartment this just cheapens the experience.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback however, I'm not sure where you got this misinformation from as if your apartment is ready and we know you are arriving prior to 2pm, you can check in as soon as your apartment is ready. It's just a simple call or message to our team to let them know in advance or using the ETA field when booking (yours stated 2pm). I'm glad you enjoyed your stay once you checked in. Good room, terrible mattress.
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsI managed 1hr sleep on the sagging mattress and my partner about 2hrs. We left at 4am due to lack of sleep. Everything else was fine, but I'd never stay again and could never recommend the place.

Pleasantly surprised we had a two bed apartment on level 2 - spotless and light and bright. Beautifully decorated and large balcony which was lovely and sunny.
