Our bed was clean to sleep in it ,everything else needs Updated but if you really want something better you have to pay for it that is my suggestion

Family had to move from first room cuz it had stains on the beds, bathroom was not cleaned and carpet was dirty. Second room was t much better. The sheets did not cover the bed, the pillows were obviously previously used. The vent in bathroom was broken, 2 hand towels total in washroom for 3 adults. No soap, shampoo or other cleaning supplies. Coffee maker in room had no coffee, cup, sugar. The hallways and rooms stunk bad like musty mold. When mentioning we want refund, they refused. We were scared to sleep there due to the unsanitary conditions. We booked a room at Hilton. With all the bad vibes we feared bugs. Dont book at this hotel. Budget hotel should still provide a safe and clean environment. This place is a dive.

Sylvia we are very sorry that all of our efforts to make you comfortable did not work. We do know as you told us you ended up staying at the Hilton down the street. Your rate was 60 at our hotel as we are a value budget hotel that offers clean comfortable rooms where everything works with a smile and tremendous hospitality. We are not the Hilton where you ended up staying and do not portray ourselves as a Hilton styled property nor is our pricing anywhere near their prices. We are happy you found a room for you and your family and hope that on a future trip you will give us another try. You did attempt the extort us for not posting a bad review. You got your wish and posted a bad review despite our service team going above and beyond to make you happy and for that we do apologize.

Info for this property is wrong No hot tub . The rooms smell even though they say no smoking. Also smells like fesse. I would never go back to this place. Save your self the disappointment and your sanity do not stay here .... one last thing they sent me a link to pre-check in i filled it out. when i got there they said they do not have the info still dont know if my info is safe

Hello Melissa and thank you for your review. We are working hard to update all websites since we no longer have a hot tub as our insurance carrier will no longer insure our guests. We have replaced the hot tub with new amenities such as a putt putt area and our amazing indoor pool is still open and waiting for our guests. We do have a manager in duty 24 hours per day and any unsanitary conditions, we’d appreciate that being reported so that it can be rectified as soon as possible. We truly apologize that on this particular stay we didn’t meet your expectations of our goals. We promise to do better and continue to improve our guest services and facilities for our guests.

Wires exposed, broken equipment, door to bathroom to close to toilet, water stains on ceiling and dirty carpet around the headboard.

Hello Vinton, thank you for your business! You were with us for a week and we sure didn’t know that this room needed some maintenance TLC. We spoke quite a bit thru our reception desk and sure would have loved to made things right during your stay! We truly apologize. Although we can’t rebuild the bathroom to make it bigger, we certainly fixed the exposed wire and deep cleaned the carpet that you pointed out. We do have a manager on duty 24/7 because we are a human business and humans miss things and make mistakes .. but we want to always have a chance to make it right while you are with us! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay for a value price.

Experience was very horrible, filthy hallways, stained up towels and bedding, very rude people that stay there up all night being loud and playing loud music all night….. NEVER EVER will I stay at this place again!!!!

We see very sorry that your fellow guests kept you awake and were rude. Please always report this out to our manager on duty (we have one 24/7) and they will take care of that. No guest should be inconvenienced because others are too loud. Also they would have been happy to provide brand new linen. We have reached out direct to make some compensation for your inconvenience.

They didnt come see if my room needed cleaned. The pool was cloudy. They had false advertising,there hot tup is shut down. They dont have ice buckets for the ice machine.They had mold on the shower curtains. There chair had black stains on it.they double charged me.They dont have a normal breakfast waiting on an inspection.

Hello Patti, we are apologetic that housekeeping didn’t get to your room timely. A simple request to our reception team at the front desk would have remedied that but we do apologize for the inconvenience. Indeed as the signage indicates, we are removing the hot tub per our insurance carriers mandate. We have replaced it with two new exciting guest amenities. Our continental breakfast area is being updated as well but we offer the same items in a grab and go bag with a juice box. The coffee / tea station is available still 24 hours per day. We have plenty of brand new ice buckets in storage and one would have been brought had we known housekeeping failed to leave you one. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The hotel’s best days are behind it, but I got it for the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately there wasn’t any breakfast. Either the description for the property needs to be changed or the person didn’t make it in to set up the food and didn’t inform anyone. Got a good nights sleep after time in the pool, so it worked out in the end!

We see currently renovating the area of our continental breakfast. We do offer the same version in a grab and go bag instead of out on a counter. Additionally, we have removed the hot tub because our insurance will no longer insure hotel hot tubs. We have replaced it with two new guest amenities but our indoor pool does still remain. We are happy you were able to enjoy that and got a great nights sleep.

It showed it had a hot tub on the website, which was being removed. There was only a grab and go bag for breakfast and that was definitely not what was advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful! But we saw a man climbing into one of the rooms through a window on the morning we were leaving. Glad we didn’t see that the evening before!!!

Yes the hit tub was removed per our insurance company mandate but our indoor pool remains and we’ve added two new guest amenities. We are renovating the continental breakfast area but replaced it temporarily with a grab and go bag that has the same contents and juice. The coffee/tea station remains 24 hours per day. We are happy you found our team to be hospitable and helpful, we’ve passed this along to them.
