We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We came down for our daughter graduation. Breakfast was one of tthe best, it was clean in the Breakfast area. Our room was great, nice and clean. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone witha family, as they are very family oriented.

It was clean, simple and easy to use. If i find myself in Topeka again, i will stay there. Hampton Inns are very nice and worth staying at over other facilities when you get a chance. I was able to stay here because of a promotion.

Sound penetrates through the walls at night. The shower door was inoperable and one could easily get cut do to the frame comming off of the glass shower door. We checked in late and didn't catch the shower door til we were getting ready to leave. It should have easily been caught by the cleaning staff. They were polite about it, however that didn't make the experience any better and discount or refund was not offered.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Poor Condition

This Hampton Inn is old and run down. Hand guards missing in elevators, carpets worn, Not one pen or paper in room. Internet did not work even with help from front desk, floor tiles all loose, hair dryer in bathroom hanging off the wall, Shower door was bent, hand towel barely hanging on and glass barely staying in the door frame. I was charged $140 for one king which is ridiculious for a hotel in this condition. Stay somewhere else. I will Not be back. !!

Great bed,very quiet room, sausage& eggs for breakfast. Hotel on a quiet street. No surprises at checkout. Hampton Inn is a solid choice .
