Business Trip

Not what we expected.

There were leaves we had to clean up to make it safe for guests to enter in front and leaves all over back deck and yard. No one even wanted to use the deck. The garage door was not hooked up to opener so anyone could have opened garage door and gotten in before we got there. There were candy wrappers and socks left from previous guests. The return air vents and bathroom fan vents were dirty, some dust bunnies too. There was a leak around top of garbage disposal which the dishwasher emptys into. It had to have been leaking for awhile. Not something that just happened while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the property served it's purpose, but we will not be returning.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear we fell short in some areas. As noted in the listing, we do not have garage parking so the we have made it so the garage door does not go up or down so no one can enter it. I will be sure to make this more clear for future guests. Due to weather in the teens the week you stayed, I imagine nobody did want to access the deck. We do not do leaf removal during such frigid weather conditions, but do on a regular basis.

Nice Cozy Home

Just what we needed!
Publié le 17 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was just what we needed! It is located in a nice neighborhood and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. Everything was clean and worked like it should and the AC was nice and cool! Beds were very comfortable and provided for a relaxing stay. Recommended!
