check in was ok. however, in the room, the carpet was stained terribly, and dirt in the corner in the bathroom along with a live bug. There was no bath towels. The remote for the TV did not work. The receptionist had to go get new batteries. after a couple of hours the room smelled old and stale, like old cigarette smoke not cleaned out. It was a non smoking room so I had to assume it was never cleaned out properly from before. the breakfast was very minimal, the waffle iron was not on. the juice machine did not work. one gallon jug of juice and one of milk sat on the counter. One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in!!!

Stains on carpet...microwave busted...mold on bathroom ceiling...burn holes in bedding and an odor in room. Never staying there again. Was suppose to have kingand was given 2 queens.

Filthy towels. Dangerous hair dryer, no battery in smoke detector. Brown streak on wall ??? Awful toilet seat. No drain stopper etc. Filthy carpet.

When I walked in my room there was a chair in the way and I almost fell. Then when I went to lay on the bed it was sunk in the middle so bad I had to put pillows in it just to try to get comfortable and the springs were also poking me. There was no phone for me call front desk, and I am handicap and could not walk that long hallway and stairs again I was to tired. When I left in the morning I told man at the front desk and all he said was it will be better next time, and I told him there WONT BE A NEXT TIME.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed sank in very badly in the middle and you can feel the springs. This bed should be in a dumpster not in a hotel where people stay. I will never stay here again and I advise anyone who reads these reviews not to either.
